Wholesale Policy and Procedure
It is a brand new year and we, at Precious Pups Creations, want to thank you for patronizing our business in 2005 and we look forward to servicing your needs in 2006. However with the new year comes a new policy for our ordering process.

This policy was put into place to help us service our clients more efficiently, in a more timely manner, and with guaranteed top quality products which, in turn, can be passed onto your clients.

Purchasing
Effective January 1, 2006, all sales are final. Precious Pups Creations will not accept any leftover merchandise for credit after purchasing.

We will require a 50% deposit on all orders with final payment due upon delivery of goods plus shipping charges. Clients may apply for Net 30 terms by calling 484-638-2610. A credit check will be done and terms may not be automatically granted. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds. Precious Pups Creations reserves the right to resintate COD or pre-payment terms based on payment history without notification.

Guarantee
Precious Pups Creations guarantees all product against manufacturer’s defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or one of your clients’ returns one of our products to you, please contact us at 484-638-2610 for credit or replacement instructions within 1 week of receiving the merchandise so that we may credit or replace the items in a timely manner.
